Common questions
Do I need an account to start?
No. You can design and export a single-colour STL without signing up. An account adds cloud saving and Pro features.
What’s included on Free?
All four solid sign modes, built-in fonts and templates, the live 3D preview, printability checks and single-colour STL export.
Can I sell what I make?
Yes. You are free to sell the signs and tags you print. We never add branding or a watermark to your files.
Are exports limited?
No. Single-colour solid-sign STL export is unlimited and free, with no account needed. Pro adds lightboxes, multicolour exports (3MF and split-STL), custom fonts and colours, bulk generation and cloud saving.
Is the £2.99 payment taken automatically each month?
Yes. Pro is a monthly subscription handled by Stripe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel, so you do not need to make another payment manually.
When does my billing month start?
Your billing month starts when you subscribe, not on the first day of the calendar month. Your next payment is normally due on the same date the following month.
How do I cancel Pro?
Open your account page and use the Stripe billing portal to cancel. You can cancel at any time.
What happens after I cancel?
Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. It then stops, and Stripe does not take another monthly payment.
Can I get a refund?
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a payment already made. Your statutory rights are not affected. Email contact@3dprint.land if you have a refund question.
